Your tasks:
You are responsible for the operational execution of accounting for administrative objects as well as for the dunning process
You will prepare the owner’s statement/operating cost statement.
You always have an eye on the payment transactions and are responsible for the booking of current business transactions of the property management
You prepare statistics and maintain internal databases and tables
They work closely with management and provide controlling information through
Our requirements:
You have successfully completed training in the commercial field
You have several years of experience in accounting
You enjoy working with numbers and are interested in finance and accounting
You think analytically and have a very good understanding of numbers
You are familiar with MS Office applications, especially Excel
You work independently, structured and goal-oriented
